Automation

Let the repetitive part happen on its own.

The tasks that come back every day, such as copying data, sending the same message or preparing the same document, handled in the background so the day goes on the work that needs you.

What usually gets in the way

  • Copying from one place to another. A request by email becomes a line in a spreadsheet, then a quote.
  • Things fall through the cracks. A new application or request sits unseen for days.
  • The same document, rebuilt each time. Quotes, invoices and certificates typed again from scratch.

What we build

Small, reliable rules attached to real events in the business. At CCB CleanCare, an application sent through the careers page notifies the team by email. The online estimate calculates an order of price from the visitor’s answers. Quotes, invoices and handover certificates are produced from the data already in the system instead of being typed again.

Each automation is chosen because it saves time you can name, and each one can be switched off without breaking the rest.

CCB CleanCare

At CCB CleanCare, applications notify the team, the estimate calculates itself and the documents come from the system, so the small team spends its time on the jobs.

Questions we often hear

Where should we start?

Write down, for one week, every task you do more than twice. The first automation is usually on that list.

Does automation mean AI?

Mostly not. Most of the time it is plain rules: when this happens, do that. AI is applied where it measurably helps, such as drafting or sorting, and kept out of the places where it only adds risk.

Can you automate the tools we already use?

Often, yes. We check what your current tools allow before proposing anything new.

Tell us what you do more than twice a week.

A short list is enough. We will tell you which items are worth automating and which are not.
