Why not use an existing software package?
Often an existing tool is enough, and we will say so. A system of your own makes sense when the way you work is part of what makes the business good, and packaged tools force you to work around them.
Do we have to replace everything at once?
No. We start with the process that costs the most time, deliver it in a usable state and extend from there.
Can our team use it on the move?
