Client portals

One place where your clients follow their request.

Instead of emails, attachments and phone calls to ask where things stand, each client has a private space for their request, their offer and their messages.

What usually gets in the way

  • Everything happens by email. Offers, photos and answers end up spread across threads nobody can find.
  • Clients ask where things stand. Each question is a call or a message someone has to answer.
  • Answers come back incomplete. “Yes, fine” to an offer, but for which date, and with which changes?

What we build

A private space for each client or each request. Depending on the business, clients can see the request they sent, read an offer and accept or decline it, send a message, or add photos and documents.

Access can be a private link, with nothing to install and no password, or a login when clients return often. What the client does in the portal lands directly in the tools your team uses, so nothing is copied by hand.

A real example

Case · Cleaning company, Bern region

CCB CleanCare

CCB CleanCare clients receive a private link to their dossier. There they see their request, answer the offer, send a message and add photos.

Where it fits

A System project. It often follows a website, once requests arrive regularly and the follow up starts to take time.

Questions we often hear

Do my clients need an account and a password?

Not necessarily. The CCB CleanCare client dossier opens from a private link sent to the client, with no account to create. A login makes sense when clients come back often.

Can a portal connect to the tools we already use?

Often, yes. We look at your current tools first and say plainly what can be connected and what cannot.

Is it only for large companies?

No. CCB CleanCare is a small local company. A portal is worth it as soon as the same questions and attachments go back and forth by email every week.
