When you send a request: your name, your email address, the kind of project and, if you add them, a few words about your idea.

If you then fill in the private project brief: your answers, the links you paste and the files you choose to add (images or PDF documents).

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Only to answer your request, understand your project and prepare a proposal. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for newsletters or advertising.

The site, the contact form and the private brief run on Netlify, Inc., a hosting provider based in the United States. Your details are therefore processed abroad, under the contractual safeguards Netlify provides to its customers. Only DEMAINA has access to your request and your brief.

Your brief opens with a personal link. The part of the link that gives access is never sent to our server in the address, is stored only in a protected form, and stops working after 30 days or when we replace it. On your device, your browser keeps the link and your chosen language so you can come back; you can remove them at any time from the brief.

A brief that was started but never sent is deleted after 90 days without activity. A sent brief is kept for as long as we need it to discuss your project. When a request is closed, its files are deleted and the remaining record is erased after at most 24 months.

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. You can also delete your brief yourself, with its files, from your private space. For anything else, write to us through the contact form.
